The Solution

Islamic Relief's water & sanitation sector has 4 aims:

• To dig wells and install hand pumps to improve access to clean, safe water.


• Build latrines, thereby improving sanitation.


• Educate communities on the importance of good hygiene.


• Train communities on how to maintain water and sanitation systems.

How is Cycle Relief helping?

To provide funds to help achieve the first objective above i.e. to dig wells and install hand pumps in desperate parts of the world.
