Training Advice
We all have different abilities and need different levels of training preparations. If you don't do regular cycling, whether in the gym or outdoors, we recommend that you go for a ride at least once a week covering a minimum of 5 mile distance. For the challenging route you will need to do a lot more uphill riding. Please remember drink plenty (avoid alcohol!) of liquid to avoid becoming dehydrated.
Drink plenty of water.
